  Hello, I do not usually write reviews for places in general. But I will not go back here. I got my blood drawn Monday, it’s Saturday evening and my arm is still extremely bruised. Keep in mind I’ve given blood about a dozen times for multiple reasons and never has my arm looked like this nearly a week after. Maybe more training, I’m not sure. Also keep in mind there is not a front desk receptionist, when patients had questions there was no one to help until a provider came out to get a patient for 2 secs, then act very bothered when patients do have questions. What do you expect when there’s no front desk… do not recommend.

  The girl at check in didn’t put in my new personal permanent info and insurance info then told me my cost would be approx $241.00. I have never been charged for labs. Went back in with my insurance rep on my phone and she told the girl and the phlebotomist that my labs are covered. The phlebotomist Treneice was very helpful in getting the draws and straightening thing out.
