  First time in my life, I’ve ever actually enjoyed myself when going to a lab to have a blood draw. From start to finish this was a professional, organized, and effortless process. I pre-ordered my labs online, arrived at the schedule appointment time, was immediately taken in to the lab at the appointed time, and was met with fun, friendly professionals. The manager of this lab is doing something right, because everyone I came in contact with was happy and obviously wanted to be there. I will never go back to another lab for a blood draw! Good job, ladies!

  I recently went in for a blood test at Quest Diagnostics New SmyrnaBeach, and I had such a great experience that I felt it was worth sharing. Brook, the phlebotomist, was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from start to finish. She made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel easy and stress-free. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would like to recognize Brook for making this one of the best experiences I’ve had at Quest Diagnostics.

  Always an excellent experience if I make appt ahead of time. Their scheduling system is easy and leads to virtually no wait when you show up at that time. Usually I can get one scheduled in next few days. Going without one can lead to much longer waits. SO think ahead if you can and make appt. But an excellent center and I love their online results I can look at-and now it has AI interpretations avaialble within it too so I can learn more and ask more questions sooner than going to my dr for review which I do but in 2 weeks. Good to know now. Well done Quest-great system
