- DCDaniel CarrJun 16, 20255.0All the Miracle-Ear folks with which I've had contact have been good, but Bruce has gone above and beyond in customer service excellence. Being out of town and only in N.S.B. for a week, when my right hearing aid failed, I was dreading what the repair would cost, and wondering whether the person would be able to fix it. Not a worry - Bruce performed all diagnostics, disassembly, replacement of speaker, and reassembly right in front of me, where I learned so much about what I had considered a dark mystery prior to this visit. Best of all, it didn't cost an arm or leg! I can't rate this office more than a 5, but it deserves more!
