Mark is passionate and very knowledgeable. He speaks to the struggles of hearing loss from personal experiences and you can really feel how much he loves his job and cares about the people he treats. I was struggling for years(ashamed to say, probably 8-10) to make the step to addressing my hearing loss. It was driving my family, friends and coworkers crazy. Mark got my ears tested and got me started with hearing aids in the same visit. I look forward to continuing this journey with them!
