- WLWanda LynchMar 31, 20265.0I was checking out hearing aids for the first time and wasn't quite sure where to go. I checked with my Medicare Supplemental Plan provider and found that Audio Nova was one of their preferred providers. I made an appointment at Audio Nova's State Road 44 location. Mark,the hearing specialist, performed my hearing tests and gave me lots of important information regarding the different levels of hearing aids. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personnable. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. Brandi is the Care Coordinator for the office. She was so friendly and professional and did a great job of handling all the front office activities plus payment and finance options. I was very impressed with both Mark and Brandi. They are huge assets and bring significant value to Audio Nova through their skills, knowledge and effort. I am so happy that I chose their Audio Nova location.
