  The only negative is there should be a restroom in the waiting area. It is not pleasant to have to knock on the locked doors to summon an employee to gain access to a restroom in the rear of the facility. Many times all are busy and response is slow.

  I don't know the name of the young lady that assisted me with my lab tests, but she was fantastic, she corrected information regarding my file, she was thorough in answering my questions and she made the whole process exceptional considering why this type of appointment isn't anyone's idea of fun. Her humor made my day and her knowledge answered a lot of my questions. Great Tech-keep her!

  Had to have blood work done for my yearly physical. It was very easy to schedule an appointment on line. I received my text to Check in and waited a few minutes before they called my name. Juliana who took my blood was excellent and very friendly. I was in and out in no time.

  The online appointment was simple. I was taken back right at my appointment time. The facility is 5 minutes from my home.
