  Everyone is nice, however, huge hippa breach! Everything is done in a room full of other patients. Questions are asked in front of other people including personal information. Seen Dental assistant unpack the stuff that goes in your mouth with no gloves and put it on the table for the Dr. To use in someone's mouth. Another dental assistant taking over 10 times to use the machine because she can't figure it out.

  TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! Mateo is autistic and has appointment at 3:40 pm and we arrive at 3:04 pm and check in, she states that they may be able to take him before that time. We wait and Mateo has getting frustrated and I knew he was not going to be calm when he gets in (he never did). It was 3:50 and this lady came with 3 kids and they called her at 3:54 pm AND MY SON WITH AUTISM WAS STILL WAITING FOR HIS TURN. HOW CAN THEY CALL A PERSON THAT JUST CAME IN WITH 3 KIDS AND LET MY SON WAITING AND WAITING!! When we came last time, they made us wait too long that he was really upset, they was not able to take the X-rays all the way but they want to put him to sleep to take “better X-rays PLUS they state that he have cavities even when they was not sure. IF THEY TOLD YOU SOMETHING LIKE THAT, FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!! Don’t let nobody mess with your child.
