- PPpezzmp05Jan 4, 20263.0It is absolutely unacceptable that your trainers use the machines and have their clients use machines and then DO NOT CLEAN THEM OFF, leaving the machines and equipment disgusting and sweaty. Specifically the younger male with the crew cut and vertical neck tattoo. He has never wiped off a piece of equipment or taken a weight and put it back since he started. It’s unsanitary and we don’t pay you for a dirty gym where garbage is left on the floor and equipment is left dirty and sweaty.

- SMStacie MarieDec 12, 20251.0So this place is horrible. The gym itself is full of things to do but the morals and ethics of the people that run this place are unbelievably low. My grandfather came up there because he had a stroke and I recommended him to try this place. He gets it for free through his Humana and I told him that they gave him some free personal training sessions with his sign up because I had just gone through it when I signed up myself and my daughter. He started having some medical issues and we found out that he had suffered from dementia. Come to find out when we went to check his bank statements they were charging him $88 a month for personal training sessions. Apparently he had signed up for them but he didn't know what he was signing up for and they asked me to bring in medical paperwork to prove that he had dementia and had had strokes and they could reimburse his money that they had been charging him for 6 months that we know nothing about and he didn't remember. I brought the paperwork and they gave me the runaround that they were going to call me back in 2 days. I never got a response I've called up there probably 15 times trying to get something resolved and all they've done is lie to me. They even told us they canceled his membership and that was a lie as well we had to go through his bank and cancel his card and they still charged him two more months after he canceled. I can't believe a company would treat someone like this. They don't care anything about you so if you want to go to a place who actually cares about you and isn't just trying to take all your money don't go here. If I don't hear something back from them soon I'm calling nine on your side and everyone will know how they are.
