I've worked for them for over a year and a half already and I must admit they are so organized and willing to listen to your concerns! Being stricken with terminal illness and having no family to provide the love and support so desperately needed and losing my abilities to bathe myself, cook, take my medications on schedule and keep my little home orderly, I also became housebound and unable to do errands locally. On this end of life journey, despite the intense pain and suffering I have to endure daily, the sun shines through my windows on the cloudiest of days when Elisa arrives with her huge heart of compassion and her “you can do this, you’ve got this “ unwavering attitude that keeps me fighting against all odds. I am beyond blessed and grateful to know her and I never neglect in telling her how appreciative I am and how special and loved she is for all the help she provides me each and every time she is here. I cannot think of anyone more deserving of life’s blessings, whatever they may be. She is doing what she was called to do, no doubt about it.

Robin is our primary caregiver for my spouse. She is always pleasant. She makes an effort to engage my husband in conversation, and simple activities geared toward his abilities. She encourages him to stay as active as possible, and is sensitive to his needs throughout the day. The services the agency provides, allow me to do the needed household shopping, errands, and to get a break from caregiving myself. I am able to relax a bit knowing my husband is getting good care when Robin is with him. I really appreciate having Home Instead available to us. The few times I have needed to change my schedule, the agency has always been flexible in doing so. I recommend them without hesitation.
