  I Came here a few days ago with my son and really just am not sure who trained the very young man working up front, but just wanted to throw in some advice that not all women appreciate being called “mommy or mami” it’s really inappropriate and I noticed it wasn’t just myself that was being called that. otherwise the visit itself was great because the physician we saw rocks and we’ve seen her in the past and she is truly just a rockstar!!!

  Absolutely worst provider experience I’ve ever had. Brought my three year old in last night after he fell into our door frame and had a huge knot. The first girl was so sweet I think her name was Powell so I hope she does get the recognition she deserves but the provider SHOULD NOT work with children. Firstly she came into the waiting room and scolded an autistic child to “be quiet” who’s mother was right next to him and he was being extremely calm and minding his business watching videos so I’m not quite sure why she took it upon herself to interject. After being there for a few hours my toddler was extremely tired and when my three year old wouldn’t follow her finger, she asked me in an annoyed tone if he was “behind or something?” I will be contacting the Florida board of medicine. That is beyond absolutely unacceptable to say especially in front of my child.
