  Just called to ask why there is a charge on my account for an item I didn't order. The sales rep said he cannot see the pending transaction, yet, but downloading the app will help track any order. I asked how to learn details of this transaction without the app, since I didn't place an order. He repeated himself that my last visible transaction was not the one in question. I asked for corporates phone number to learn more, and he said, "I'm sure you can Google that, I have only been here two weeks, I don't know the number". They really must not pay enough at all, because this location struggles to hire quality character in employees in all my experiences except ONE in three years. I wish there were a closer alternate to turn to, or that humans would simply live by that golden rule. It really seemed simple enough growing up. It's so comforting when you get good service somewhere and feel like you're among the living, again. 🩷🙏🏽🤙🏽Regardless of your employment position in life, your character will be remembered by those whose paths you cross.

  Employees are usually fairly friendly. Definitely push the pro plan but I can get past that. What I can’t get past is the fact that they are constantly changing/altering their hours and not updating them anywhere to let people know before they make the drive to the store.
