I brought my elderly mom and dad in because they both struggle with pain when walking and really needed better stability and support. Stephanie and Niki went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure my parents were comfortable with each step of the process. What truly stood out, though, was their kindness, patience, and genuine care—they treated my parents with so much respect and understanding. Thanks to their help, my parents are already feeling more supported and confident when walking. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and the products. I highly recommend the Good Feet Store in Naples, and especially the exceptional service provided by Stephanie and Niki!

He explained the issues and how to alleviate the pain and discomfort he was having. We were not pressured into buying anything. We left the store, but we will be going back tomorrow and purchase the orthotics. This will be a better option for us rather than surgery.

While I liked Niki I felt about like used car salesman tactics and left feeling a bit scammed.
