  Very friendly and professional. On time, the phlebotomist was very good, barely felt a thing.

  No one in attendance at the front desk on both visits. Sign in kiosk, that doesn't scan even though it offers scanning as an option, is located at the opposite end of the long waiting room....extra steps for persons with limited mobility. Staff single person had an angry affect, very uninviting and left with a bruised venipuncture site. Won't be returning here.

  I love the Goodlette Rd location but the automated appointment line is HORRIBLE!! Why make it so difficult to make an appointment??? I am going to make my appointment somewhere else where I can ACTUALLY make an appointment!!

  Impossible for anyone to pick up the phone. I had a general checkup which was preventative care. They submitted it to the insurance wrong and than come to find out they resubmitted it to the insurance again correctly but are still sending me the original bills. I have two bills from them both from their first attempt. They are trying to double collect for something that is preventative. They have a F grade on the BBB as they just don't respond to complaints. Avoid them at all cost
