  We purchased a Viva lift Radience chair from Medical Department Store in Naples. Bryan and Guilli carefully delivered the chair and were able to place the chair in a great location in our room. Bryan thoroughly explained how to use the controls and how to adjust for a perfect fit. He assured that we were comfortable using the controls and he demonstrated all the features. The process was very easy, from Debbie in the showroom to the delivery team. We love the chair.
