I was introduced to an associate named Camden at the Naples store and he immediately took charge and helped me out. Camden took my eyeglasses and rebalanced the frame so that they fit perfectly again. He did such a good job that I called him doctor Camden. I was very pleased that I could wear them again without delay.

- MPMonique ParsonMar 12, 20261.0My husband and I walked into Lens Crafters today (3/12) in Naples, Florida on Tamiami Trail at about 12 noon. I am a lawyer and my husband is a judge. I had a prescription in my hand and was ready to buy a new pair of eyeglasses. I saw 2 male employees at the counter. The place was empty. We got no greeting, no "we will be with you soon". No one came over to see if they could help us as we looked at the glasses. I then tried to get their attention No one made eye contact or acknowledged our presence. My husband is black. Perhaps that's why we were treated so poorly. No service, no sale. We will go to another eyeglass store who will welcome our business and our money.
