  I was referred to IVFMD for an HSG and, after reading so many scary stories online and having had a bad experience with an SIS before, I was extremely nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made such a difference. The nurse and Dr. Kowalik were incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, which immediately put me at ease. To my surprise, I felt absolutely ZERO pain during the procedure. They explained everything clearly and even went over the results with me right then and there, which I really appreciated. The level of compassion and care I received was outstanding. The front desk staff was also amazing and so welcoming. This ended up being one of the best medical experiences I’ve EVER had, and I’m so grateful for the team at IVFMD for making something I feared so much feel so comfortable and positive. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I have had the BEST experience with ivfmd, and we are so grateful for Dr. Alford and the rest of the team. All of their nurses are the absolute sweetest, and it’s very apparent that they care about their patients. This process can be overwhelming, but they made it so much more manageable by taking the time to explain each step in the process to ensure we understood what to expect. We can’t thank them enough for their compassion and guidance while making our dream of having a baby come true!
