  Dr Howard is different than any other doctor I have had in the past instead of just treating the normal things a 79 year old patient that has had open heart surgery, two hip replacements he is working on me to have a long and happy life He started by changing my diet and my exercise regimen. I have also increased my stretching regimen and started Weight training twice a week as well as cardio A few times a week I have also started balance training thanks to him. He is a great doctor for anyone that wants to put in the effort for a better life Marc Fleischer

  From my very first appointment, I knew my experience with Dr. Howard would be different. Our initial meetings each lasted over an hour, during which he took the time to thoroughly understand my medical history and explain my lab results in detail. Together, we mapped out my wellness goals, including plans for diet, supplements, and exercise. Dr. Howard is not only knowledgeable and supportive but also incredibly accessible. When I had a quick question between appointments, I was able to text him—and he responded right away. I’m truly looking forward to continuing my wellness journey under Dr. Howard’s care.
