I like the consistency that Yoga6 offers with each class. We always take time to warm up properly. Cure are provided when appropriate. It is a growing community that i’m grateful to be part of.

The instructors are wonderful, kind, enthusiastic and very welcoming. Can't wait for TRX to start too! Maybe when the temperatures in SW Florida dip down again, I will pop into one of those hot classes! Namaste!

I have now had three different instructors teach slow flow, power flow, and yoga sculpt and each of them have been excellent and clear communicators. I am never confused as to what to do next.

The instructors are knowledgeable and kind. It’s a non judgmental space and everyone seems to have a good time I like the classes. They are varied enough. Some classes incorporate weights and high intensity moves while other classes are very calm and almost meditative. Plus classes in between these two extremes. I’d highly recommend trying YogaSix out.
