We desire tough workouts and this was definitely it. Excellent workout, tons of fun. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.

All of the instructors provide very clear instructions so it's easy to follow and are always willing to help get your posture right. The studio is heated, but not overly hot, and always has very clean floors with no funky smells. Love it!

Her teaching was impressive. The movements were do-able for someone unfamiliar with yoga and just the right amount of challenge. The facility was clean and all the staff were very welcoming. Great place!

She has a way about her when she teaches that makes it easy and seamless. It is lighthearted, yet intense at the same time which makes for a comfortable and worthwhile experience.
