  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vital Caring Group, and especially their incredible Account Manager, Sylvia Bocwinski. Sylvia has been absolutely amazing with my elderly parents. From the very beginning, she has shown genuine kindness, patience, and compassion in everything she does. What truly stands out about Sylvia is how thoughtful she is. She doesn’t just do her job—she goes above and beyond to make sure my parents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. She treats them like they are part of her own family, and that level of care means the world to us. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and caring heart. Sylvia consistently checks in, pays attention to the little details, and always makes my parents feel valued and supported. Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and dedication she provides.   Amazing care! They took care of my dad until his final day and the staff was amazing. I would suggest using this company for all your Hospice needs.
