  I ordered new glasses, and Christopher was very helpful. He let me know the price up front and how to save on my purchase. Friendly people and a nice pleasant atmosphere.

  Wow, I can't say enough about Target Optical. It was such a smooth way to get my exam and my glasses in one trip. And, I was told a week for my glasses to be done and back. They came 5 days- less if you take away Saturday, the day I went in, and Sunday a total weekend day. They were so helpful and great there. You're in good hands at Target Optical.

  I was vacationing in Naples, Florida, and lost my glasses. When I found them a day later, they had either been stepped on or driven over and were significantly damaged. Christopher at Target optical at Tarpon Bay Boulevard in Naples was able to adjust them so that they could function and let me drive home to Ohio. Terrific quick service. I’m so glad I get my eyeglasses always at Target optical.

  Exceptional customer service – highly recommend Christopher! I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical thanks to Christopher. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain every option clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices for both glasses and contact lenses. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful he was throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely caring and dedicated to helping customers. Because of Christopher, this was one of the best optical shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
