StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Naples Pine Ridge offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- MFMuir FreyJan 29, 20261.0Had a package of 4 50 minute stretch’s per month. There was not enough availability to get the stretch’s in every week. This happened multiple times. I would end up not being able to get all the stretch’s in during the month. I thought I had canceled through the software app; apparently you have to go in person or call to cancel your contract. Not only did I get charged $329 for the month, I will get charged a prorated additional amount because you have cancel 31 days in advance. This sucks! Do not do business with the strechLab on Pine Ridge Road in Naples Florida.

All the Flexologists have been wonderful and I have especially worked with Sam & Lorenzo! Sam is increasing my flexibility in my splits & Lorenzo is working on reducing my facia so there is more movement in my arms! They are both Masters in their techniques! I am eternally grateful to them & Stretchlab!!! Special tip…As a member they offer Normatech for post workout recovery!!! Divine! Try an Introductory Session and you may get hooked for life…😉I Did💞
