Says inappropriate things about customers while i am trying to set a time for the black card computer and doesn’t pay attention.

For several hours, he stood at the front desk without assisting customers or acknowledging requests. I informed him multiple times that the bottles were empty and needed to be refilled, but he did not respond or take any action. Instead, he appeared to be watching ESPN on his phone while two other employees handled all of the work on their own. This lack of engagement created an unprofessional atmosphere and placed unnecessary pressure on the rest of the staff. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. - AKAnne KnabNov 9, 20254.0We didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews about out-of-order equipment but I am posting because our experience was better than many of the reviews. We travel via motorhome and use many different PF locations. While it's not a big deal, it bears mentioning that there was no one at the desk to make sure we scanned in and we didn't see any staff during the 45 minutes we were there. We saw only one out-of-order sign but were overall satisfied with all the other equipment and the facility in general.
