    Thank you for your response Mr. Owner, but i call that number continually just to get voicemail and no call back.. I got an email that my order was ready so I arranged my whole day around picking up the order they were prescription sunglasses. Obviously in a sunglass frame. When I get there, they’re clear, with no tint, so I’ve wasted my whole day about two hours out of my day driving here and back and the girl was just like oh well sorry. I said you know I’ve worked an optical for five years when I was younger and we would always check The accuracy of the order before we called or emailed the patient. Please have respect for people’s time and energy and money. Now I have to wait another full week to pick them up. Not considerate at all. These are the frames I chose obviously there’s sunglasses what kind of moron can’t see that? Here is the frame I picked out from the shelf. (See picture) update; i picked them up two days ago, and they are not dark enough, i have to literally squint when i drive. i will be asking for a refund at this point, every time i call, no one picks up the phone. Understaffed? Undertrained? idk It’s been weeks now and I haven’t heard back from anyone so I called today and I get hung up on. They’re definitely trying my patience
