  I would like to compliment Sara Fraser and her assistant Gloria, for their top notch professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service. The two of them went above and beyond in making my latest purchase of new hearing aids go so smoothly and flawlessly. They made my experience very pleasant. They both are very friendly, courteous, and pleasant to deal and interact with. I look forward to my appointments with them, and to seeing both of them. Sara and Gloria are both deserving of top notch recognition and praise. Their caring and compassion for servicing their clients and patients, is a trait that isn’t seen in many people today.

  As the daughter of a mother who recently began her journey with Miracle-Ear, I just want to express how grateful I am for the care and dedication shown—especially by Sara, our hearing care practitioner as well as Nathan, our hearing aid specialist. From the moment we walked in, I knew Sara was attentive and kind. She listened patiently to all of moms concerns, explained everything clearly, and never rushed through the process. What truly stood out was that even at the end of a long day, when she could have easily clocked out and gone home, Sara stayed late to make sure my mom had everything she needed. That kind of dedication is rare and incredibly meaningful. We had the chance to meet Nathan during the next visit where the hearing aids were programmed to meet the needs specific to mom.  I knew we were in good hands. Hearing loss can be frustrating and overwhelming, but Sara and Nathan’s kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and successful one.  I left feeling hopeful and supported and mom left with the ability to hear —and that’s priceless. Thank you Sara and Nathan, for going above and beyond. You are making a real difference for us!

  Justin is great. Has so much patience. Took his time with me. Since I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, it was much appreciated. I can now hear everything my wife tells me (that turns out to be the downside of great new hearing aids!).

  I really like Miracle-Ear and Justin is really great! He’s very informative and always answers any questions I have. The staff here is really great and they always get me in immediately if there is any issues. Absolutely fantastic place!

  For years, I have been experiencing a gradual loss of hearing (likely genetic with some environmental impacts as well). I found myself getting lost in conversations and asking people around me - especially my wife - to repeat themselves. After extensive research and shopping, I decided to give Miracle Ear a shot. From the first moment I walked in the door, I could not have asked for a better customer experience starting with Stephanie at the front desk and ending with Jim and Justin - the hearing specialists. Immediately after putting these units in my ears, I could not believe all the simple things around me that I hadn’t heard for years. Birds chirping, the leaves in the trees rustling in the wind, etc. Now 3 years later, I am still thrilled with my Miracle Ear hearing aids and the world they have opened up to me. Most importantly, it’s the amazing customer service Stephanie, Jim and Justin have provided - each any every time I’ve dealt with them - that will keep me a lifetime customer of Miracle ear.
