Jese took the time to sit with me and discussed the possible problems and options. He took a foot print of both my feet and even I could see there were issues with both feet and throwing everything out of balance. He came up with a system catered for my issues. I tried it out and could feel a bit of a difference all ready. Even though I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger there was no High Pressure to buy. Very Professional and I can highly recommend Happy Feet. We did not have an appointment, but after a short wait, we sat down with a specialist. He did an analysis of her feet/arches, all of the areas of pressure on her feet, Most of which was out of balance. He determined the types of inserts that were needed, put them in a pair of walking shoes, and I could immediately see that she was walking better and more upright. It will take some getting used to for her, but we both feel good in the long run, this will be a huge help and comfort to her daily walking and stabilization needs. Lifetime warranty, and locations back home in Illinois that she can go to if she ever needs. Good things at Good Feet Store!
