- JJjohn Leonard JrJan 6, 20261.0Canceled FULL class when wait listed 5 or 6 deep to get into a class that was open . Charged for BOTH classes . Ridiculous . it’s about $40 a class for once a week . Pilates itself great if you’re a weightlifter , golfer , athlete - as I found great spinal decompression. Just find a better place to do it .

The App for scheduling is excellent and all of the instructors are trained and offer their unique interpretations. I especially enjoy classes with Audrey who is highly knowledgeable and provides a variety of movements that keeps the classes flowing, challenging and enjoyable. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care is shocking for a place that charges premium prices. From the moment I signed up, everything felt disorganized. Staff members gave inconsistent information, no one seemed to know what was going on with scheduling or membership details, and anytime I asked for clarity, I was either ignored or brushed off. The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly felt like they simply didn’t care whether I stayed or left. The studio atmosphere wasn’t any better. Classes felt rushed and the instructors barely paid attention to form. Overall, Club Pilates Naples does not value their clients, doesn’t communicate clearly, and does not offer the level of service you’d expect for the money. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location to anyone. There are far better, more professional studios in the area.

Later, I received a call about their membership options and special summer prices. I explained that before signing up, I wanted to first attend an introductory class. The representative mentioned she was new to the job but said my account showed that I had already attended the class, which I hadn’t, and that nothing could be done to correct it. I was explaining the situation, yet no efforts was made to resolve the issues or earn my business. Unfortunately, instead of gaining a new customer, they’ve just lost one. I have tried to rebook the class for Saturday, October 8 but it was canceled. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and left me with poor impression of the studio’s customer service.
