- NGnatalia goreaNov 5, 20251.0I’m giving only one star because of my disappointment experience with this Pilates studio. Back in February, I booked a class but wasn’t able to attend. Later, I received a call about their membership options and special summer prices. I explained that before signing up, I wanted to first attend an introductory class. The representative mentioned she was new to the job but said my account showed that I had already attended the class, which I hadn’t, and that nothing could be done to correct it. I was explaining the situation, yet no efforts was made to resolve the issues or earn my business. Unfortunately, instead of gaining a new customer, they’ve just lost one. I have tried to rebook the class for Saturday, October 8 but it was canceled. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and left me with poor impression of the studio’s customer service.

Hannah, the manager, is amazing—always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about everyone’s experience. She keeps everything running smoothly and makes the studio feel like such a positive, motivating space. Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their Pilates game!
