💔 My mom had surgery here and passed away just four days later. This has completely devastated me. I am so heartbroken and depressed. She went in hoping to feel better but now she’s gone. I understand that all surgeries carry risks, but I truly wish we had been better informed or prepared for how serious those risks could be. No family should have to go through something like this without fully understanding what’s at stake. I’m sharing this so others take the time to ask questions, understand the risks, and make the most informed decision possible. I miss my mom more than anything 💔💔

It’s been 1 month today. Dr. Cannarsa truly changed my life. I had been suffering from Spine Pain for years, and nothing seemed to provide lasting relief.Choosing Robotic Surgery was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Cannarsa’s. skills and expertise gave me confidence every step of the way, and the results result have been incredible. Just as Important, his bedside manner is outstanding he is compassionate, patient, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and understood. Dr. Cannarsa staff is Great as well- friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Again I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr.Cannarsa to anyone dealing with Spine issues.

The staff was professional and the atmosphere did not feel stuffy; which I appreciate. I’m grateful the doctor was able to see me quickly and address my concerns as I needed a second opinion. They truly care for their patients and you can see it. Thank you all for being patient and amazing.

When I first met Dr Cannarsa I knew I was in the right place. I immediately thought of words like honesty and integrity, as he went over my MRI. He did not push for surgery , in fact he referred me to pain management and that worked for four months. I then opted for surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Cannarsa and staff were wonderful as they prepared me for surgery. At the hospital every nurse and hospital staff had nothing but praise for both Dr.Cannarsa and Dr. Sacino. I found these doctors by luck and I thank God every day.

All this place cares about is money not the patient. They will only see you if you have a current MRI and they believe they can make money off convincing you to get back surgery. The front desk person looks disheveled, unprofessional and miserable. My credit card got stolen so I had to shut down my account. They couldn’t wait 5 minutes (when I was early for my appointment) to get a hold of my husband to transfer money for my $50 co-pay. I was treated like I was poor and unworthy of medical treatment from them over a $50 co-pay. I work in the medical field and we would never treat our patients that way over a A co-pay. Pennies to them compared to the thousands they would be getting from my insurance company and me as a future patient. By the way, my husband did transfer the money for the stupid co-pay but after such appalling treatment I just walked. What a joke.
