  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible experience at Aesthetic Surgery Center in Naples and couldn’t be happier with my results! Dr. Anurag Agarwal performed my rhinoplasty with such precision and artistry — my nose looks beautifully natural and exactly how I dreamed it would. Dr. Casey Holmes handled my liposuction, breast augmentation with lift, fat transfer (to my face), laser treatment for scars, arm lift, and Renuvion skin tightening. Both doctors are absolute masters in their craft — they listened to every detail of my goals, explained everything thoroughly, and delivered stunning, youthful, and completely natural-looking results across the board. The support staff was phenomenal too — kind, professional, caring, and made every step from consultation through recovery feel seamless and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported the entire way. I also had Botox and filler done with both doctors and the results are perfect. Everything healed beautifully, and I feel more confident than ever. This practice is truly world-class.   I have been going to Dr. Agarwal and his team for the last 20 years. They simply are the best!! I constantly get compliments about my skin, the fact is now that I am 77 , I naturally appear many years younger . This is a true testament to their extraordinary expertise

  This has to be one of the best experiences ever! This was my first time getting lip fillers, and I can not tell you enough how nervous I was inside , and it wasn’t because of any bad reviews in fact the reason I picked this specific center was because of how amazing the reviews were . I was nervous because you know it’s MY FACE ! I had amazing doctor (Dr.Agarwal) who sat me down and explained what I would see. Also his assistant was phenomenal too, she had been great since i was first greeted by her . She made sure I was comforted throughout the whole thing. If anyone’s looking for a good and attentive place to get lip fillers ;This is definitely the place to go ! Thank you Dr. Argwal :) I will definitely be back

  Elective aesthetics are one thing, but I had been a three-time victim of severe basal cell skin cancers on my nose over a ten year period. These had resulted in multiple excisions which had not only left me disfigured, but also compromised in my ability to breathe. Dr. Agarwal took on both issues with absolute mastery and confidence. He explained that the surgery would be multi-faceted and arduous, what positive outcomes I could expect, and also what the limitations might be. I was frightened, but resigned. Just before surgery, gowned and prepped, I remember sitting opposite Dr. Agarwal. He asked if I had any other questions. I shook my head, but took a moment to hold both his hands in mine, and look deeply into his eyes. I said nothing, but it was then that I knew was going to be all right. The surgery was, indeed, a great success, certainly exceeding my expectations, ultimately restoring both my appearance and my breathing. I thank Dr. Agarwal for his surgical expertise, his supreme artistry, his ability to transmit calm and confidence, and for his extreme patience and kindness. But beyond that, I thank this gifted surgeon for the qualities that go far beyond traditional medicine and healing, as the heart and soul he brings to the table are his own.
