- HChannah crowley1 day ago4.0I love this gym. My kids adore the kiddie gym and everyone that works there. This gym is my safe space and there is so much equipment. Unfortunately 2 days ago I asked a front desk employee to remove my mom from the family plan, since she wasn’t going. He just stared at me blankly for 10 seconds, asked a couple questions that had nothing to do with my request, and just made me feel really bad in general for even approaching him with my simple question. Talked to me very rude and like I had no right to bother him? He was nice afterwards, apparently after he saw I’ve been a member for years. but it really ruined the first half of my day as I kept going over what I did that clearly bothered him so much, and I was having a horrible day anyway. I was really nice so idk. Was super awkward and maybe some of the staff could be retrained in customer service because that was so unnecessary and uncomfortable. Still giving a high rating because I love the gym. But that was my first and last time going to the desk to ask a question for sure 😅

From the moment you walk in, the energy is so positive and welcoming, but what really sets this place apart is the daycare staff. They are absolute angels! It’s such a relief to know our kiddos are not only being safely cared for, but genuinely loved and engaged while I get my workout in. They go above and beyond to make the kids feel happy and comfortable, and that peace of mind makes all the difference. On top of that, the equipment is top-notch everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. Whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or stretching, you can tell they’ve invested in quality gear that really enhances your workout. The gym floor is always spotless, and there’s never that “crowded” feeling, just an easy, motivating vibe that makes you want to keep coming back. Between the amazing staff, spotless facility, and incredible childcare, this gym has become such a special part of our routine. I’m so grateful for the community they’ve built here, it feels more like a second home than just a place to work out. 💪❤️
