  My entire family attends this facility and the only disappointing and low hanging business practice I experienced was when I requested a scoop of ice and was informed a scoop of ice cost $8.50. If you don’t believe me just ask. I could understand .50 cent or even a buck but I guess these cubes are designer. Stay woke family and get your work in.

  This is even better than the Recreation and Wellness Center I attend at UCF. Staff here are amazing, place smells fresh every day, and there is tons of equipment and machines. The gym is laid out very nicely. You can quickly find where to go whether you are doing heavy progressive overload, cutting inches off your waistline, or even yoga. The aesthetic is very creative and immersive. This place has constructed the basis of my newbie lifter experience and memories. I met so many people, PRs, and personal growth that I truly wish I started coming here much earlier. They live up to the clause that the gym should be a mental outlet for everyone - whether its stress, depression, college work, or otherwise. Always is what I look forward to the most when I come home on holidays

  I’ve been a member at this fine gym and absolutely love it the customer service is amazing. I always get a protein shake and get greeted with such lovely manners. Gianna and Kim are the best they always make my gym experience better.

  Just finished 12 training sessions at Fitness CF Mt. Dora with Cansas Ribble. She is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. If you need someone who will help you work on all the areas you are having issues, I would recommend her! She does her best to give you workouts that fit your needs. Found my sessions very helpful! Thanks for those great workouts!

  I have been a member for 6 months without any prior issues. Today, after finishing my workout and already outside the facility — almost at my truck — another client was sent to call me back inside because someone had complained about my athletic compression shorts. Once I re-entered, the front desk referred to me as “this is the guy someone complained about,” instead of addressing me by name. If there is a dress code policy, it should be clearly written, communicated to members in advance, and applied consistently. In six months, I was never informed of any issue with my attire. What concerns me most is the way this was handled: • Sending another client to approach me outside the building • Requiring me to re-enter after I had already left • Publicly identifying me rather than addressing the matter respectfully I expect professional communication and equal standards for all members
