Meanwhile I confirmed my appointment with the link through the text. I received a missed call with an incomplete voicemail. The gentleman tried his best to accommodate me. However the other two ladies were unfriendly and did not greet me or help at all. Once I finished my appointment I received no customer help when selecting frames and was standing around waiting for help. I ended up walking out with nothing because I did not like the unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Today will be my last day purchasing and making eye appointments at this location.
