  El personal del especialista en Ortopedia es Súper Discriminatorio, mi hijo en 2 ocasiones ha tenido cita y después de esperar por más de 2 hrs, nos hemos marchado sin que el Dr atendiera a mi hijo . El Dr se marchado, el salón de espera se ha vaciado y nunca nadie entró al cuarto de examen. Mi hijo es Autista y tiene el Coffin Siris Syndrome.

  I have visited this hospital twice with my daughter and highly recommend it. The facility is clean and spacious, and the staff are incredibly patient, kind, and professional. Their communication is wonderful, and they are always empathetic and willing to help. It is truly a wonderful place to receive high-quality care for children❤️

  I’ve taken my children to Nicklaus Children’s Miramar Urgent Care Center multiple times, most recently when my daughter needed stitches on her chin, and every visit has been excellent. The entire staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind — especially with the kids. They make what could be a stressful situation feel calm and reassuring, while also being very efficient in getting you in and out. Truly grateful for the level of care they provide.

  If they keep employing doctors like Dr. Morris, I'll definitely be back. I was very happy and impressed with his care. He explained everything clearly and didn't make it feel so "serious" and was very good with our daughter. Last time I was here, I got sent to the ER bc the doctor thought my daughter had kawasaki disease even though my older daughter was exhibiting the same viral symptoms so in my mind it made no sense but to the ER we went in the middle of the night for 6 hours. I was pregnant, my daughter was 4. The ER doctor examined her and said she definitely doesn't have kawasaki disease but since you're here we will run the tests for your peace of mind and everything came back negative even for all the other things, flu, rsv, covid etc. She was better the next day. So easy to say I was never coming back to this urgent care but gave it a shot today 3 years later and saw Dr Morris today and it was a great experience.

  Nickalus sent my daughter home with no antibiotics after noting fluid in one of her ears. They said the opposite ear was completely fine. Only for me to take her to her pediatrician the very next day and they saw that she had infections in BOTH her ears!! I had explained to the staff at Nicklaus that my daughter was on day 3 of having fevers on and off and they advised me to take her to her pediatrician if I am still noticing fevers on day 5. Like who in their right mind waits until day 5 of fevers to get treatment? The staff was not knowledgeable what so ever unless discrimination played a part. When I took her to her pediatrician the following day they even advised me to not go back to Nickalus after assessing my daughters ears. Please be careful parents..this place is dangerous!!
