MainStreet Family Care was awesome! We barely had any sort of wait time, filled out our info on our phones and got X-rays and results within minutes for a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to provide care for me! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the Milton/Pace area and visit again for any other needs.
The ladies here are absolutely amazing! I feel free to talk and share my concerns because they listen and provide helpful advice and feed back. I was afraid to go back to see a PCP after the horrible experience I had with my PCP at the time. I stayed away for 5 years. The ladies at Mainstreet are absoluthe best. They did not judge, as a matter of fact, they sat down with me and listened. They told me they were glad that I finally made the decision to go to a PCP. I have never felt better!!!

Fantastic experience here! Was seen almost immediately following check-in. The pricing was great, I was honestly in shock that all the test they ran on my son was included in the self-pay price of $149.00. The staff listened with care and the doctor was great with my son. Calm, professional, informative, and not dismissive. The Main Street location will certainly be our first choice for an urgent care in the future. They even have an option where you can get your prescriptions right there at the clinic! Thank you for getting my boy well!

Well, first of all I made an appointment for 309 and around 415 somebody came in the room at a later. Learned was the PA and said sorry. I'm in the wrong room. She finally came back in scheduled my x-rays on my thumb and the girl that did my blood pressure and took my vitals. Did my x-ray. I don't know if that's normal but I don't think she's a x-ray technician. she didn't know what she was doing. The whole staff seemed incompetent so they take me back to my room. And I later hear her tell somebody in the room beside me the PA said sorry I'm in the wrong room. I don't know if she is having a bad day, but I was having a worst day. I waited for over two hours and was informed that she was not a radiologist that had to send my results off stat. Later came back in and said I haven't heard from him yet now this is almost 530. Do you wanna wait a little longer I said no I'm in pain. I wanna go home. At that time, she informed me that she would call me by 8 o'clock and if not, she would call me the next day and I know it's still early. We'll see if I get a phone call. . Anyway, I was not impressed so back to the beginning when I got there there was three cars in the parking lot. I was the only one in the waiting room. I have no idea why it took him almost an hour and a half to do x-rays on my thumb, but like I said, I won't be going back there. I was not impressed at all.

Worst urgent care I have ever been to. First off on my insurance card it shows my co-pay, they charged me more. Then it’s flu season and people in the lobby just coughing and sneezing, oh and no masks to be found. When I get back to the room the nurse is rude as hell, she just shoves the thing in my nose and it’s been verified that you do not need to do that anymore. I am a nurse and would never treat patients like that. I ask for a water or a cup of water because I keep coughing and she tells me she doesn’t have any. Okay there is a refrigerator in the lobby with water. Absolutely the worst place.
