- MBMitchell BJun 2, 20252.0Dr. Travis Larson is easily the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s kind, easy to talk to, really knows his stuff, and actually listens to what you have to say. I always feel like I’m in good hands with him, and I appreciate that I can joke around a bit while still getting solid, professional care. That said, the front office staff could really improve when it comes to communication. I recently needed a referral to a specialist after a trip to the ER. I called and was told they'd check with Dr. Larson to see if he wanted to see me first or just send the referral. Then I didn’t hear anything for two weeks—until I followed up myself—only to find out the referral had been sent. Dr. Larson is excellent, but I hope the office can tighten up their follow-through. And just to be upfront: I’m not looking for a copy/paste reply from the GCPP owner here. That kind of response doesn’t help anyone.

I've explained that I cannot afford the cost for a visit right now and that I would just have to a stop taking my medication. They said they would check and call me back, but they never did. This feels very predatory. They are holding my health hostage to extort money by forcing me to make an appointment.
