  Got my dot physical done here. My appointment time was pushed about an hour back, but totally understandable the place was packed. The lady who did my physical was super cool and nice. Thank you!!

  The doctor was absolutely amazing and helpful in more ways than expected. The ladies at the front were awesome as well especially who ever picked up the phone when I called prior to driving there. Thank you ladies you were more help than expected especially having a sick child with me which a lot of time staff at other places can make it somewhat difficult but NOT you !

  In and out in a jiffy! They listened to me and assessed accordingly (which isn’t the case everywhere). I had my two little kids with me and they were very kind to them and I think I was in and out in 30 minutes!

  The Wrong Care. The Wrong Time, All The Time. Waited 45 mins in waiting room. Only 1 provider working. Waited another 20 mins in a room. Dr. came in, said my elbow needed an X-Ray but they had no X-Ray tech. She listened to my breathing then escorted me back to the front desk. 30 mins later, had xray referral to E.R. But AFC were glad to take my copay and bill my insurance for absolutely nothing except an hour and a half wait. Will never use AFC again!

  Absolute trash of a facility. I went on Friday for cold/flu symptoms, I’m literally shaking in the chair and falling asleep as I sit there, the woman barely swabs the ridge of my nose for my cold/flu test, and the doctor chops everything up to allergies. My complaint of body aches, cough, congestion, fever, and severe headache were nothing but allergies. 24 hours later, I go to the ER because everything has progressed, and what do you know? Flu A, and this time, the nurse swabbed my nostril all the way to my brain (the way you’re supposed to). So today, I’m finally feeling better, I’m not running a fever, my headache has calmed down, but I still can’t breathe, so I call AFC to say “hey, I had the flu, for future patients, could y’all swab better? Because you guys could’ve missed this!” I have asthma for heavens sake, the Flu has me wheezing and coughing just to breathe right. Well the woman that answered my phone call thought it wasn’t important enough to listen to, so she hung up on me. The guy that answered when I called back, listened intently and understood where I was coming from. I hope that lady gets the flu.
