A lot of the machines are in inadequate conditions, it’s extremely hard to find matching dumbbell sets or any weights in the correct racks for that matter. the most frustrating aspect is their financial policies. i signed up online and it was never mentioned to me that I would have to wait a 30 day period before being able to cancel, being forced to make two more payments despite expressing that I do not want to continue going to this gym. their phone systems almost never connect you to the correct location, i spent days trying to reach this location until i finally went in person where I spoke to two employees that told me nothing could be done to waive this 30 day waiting period, even if i was not going to be going to the gym. disappointing

- EPEMILIO PUPOMar 16, 20262.0Tienen un servicio malo , tengo una cuenta donde voy con mi esposa y asi durante anos y un manager hoy dijo que no puedo entrar si no estamos juntos y nunca ntes por anos fue asi , ademas vi amigos en la misma situacion que entran sin problema . Muy desorganizado. El manager se llama Willian , si los dos tenemos horarios diferentes vamos a llegar uno primero y otro despues y le dije y dijo que no que si ella esta dentro tenia que venir al frente eso no esta bien porque puede ver en el sistema que esa persona ya entro.
