No one reracks their weights, staff doesn’t tell anyone to behave better, their machines are always broken and they stay broken for months at a time and no one cares to get them fixed. It’s awful. The machines are so outdated and there is a lot of open space to get more machines and they never do. I’m in search of a new gym bc I can’t take it anymore.
- YDyan davidMar 30, 20261.0This is by far one of the worst gyms I’ve ever been to. The place is completely disorganized, poorly managed, and lacks basic structure. Equipment is either unavailable, broken, or constantly being used by people who stay on the same machine for 30+ minutes with zero staff intervention. The environment is extremely frustrating — many members are rude, and there is absolutely no respect or consideration for others trying to work out. It feels chaotic and uncomfortable. What’s even worse is that the staff does nothing to manage the situation. No organization, no enforcement of rules, nothing. It honestly feels like no one is in charge. For the price being charged, this place is unacceptable. I genuinely regret signing up and would strongly advise others to avoid this gym.

This created a dangerous situation, as many people were using machines and free weights at the time. Turning off the lights before the facility officially closes increases the risk of accidents and potential injuries. For safety reasons, the lighting should remain on until all members have safely finished their workouts and exited the facility. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

According to the incompetent staff, they can't remove her payment card from the app and she has to send an email to the company, with a response expected within 7 business days.
