Her transparency, patience, and depth of knowledge made the entire experience feel intentional rather than routine, and every test and explanation felt purposeful and tailored. Frances was also wonderful, patient and calm while helping me choose frames that suited my face, offering honest guidance on what felt stylish, unique, and truly right for me.
