I don’t spend long hours here. I can really depend on coming and having someone listen to my needs helping me find solution and walking out. The location in Coconut Grove, OBI is exceptionally friendly and truly encompasses the best customer service experience. He is friendly, well mannered, professional but warm. I didn’t have that same warm experience at the wynwood location. It was but more stuck up, kind of rushed and impersonal.

She said she would email me her findings the following day and I waited the entire day, nothing came. I went to the location and she wasn’t there. The employee at front looked into the system and didn’t see anything about my results. I am so contused as to what type of doctors office wouldn’t be able to provide results of an exam they perform???? My doctor who referred me to them needs to see the results of the exam due to some serious symptoms I have, but I don’t have any proof to show him that the doctor said she didn’t find any of the conditions that he thought I might have.
