I have encountered 2 major incidents within my first week of membership last September (somebody stole my wallet in the locker room and we found a proper human excrement in a locker) followed with an outstanding lack of support from the management who promised to call me, write to me, help me, nothing. On that base, I requested to cancel my membership and be reimbursed. 2 months ago, I noticed that the gym is still trying to withdraw money from my credit card and I never got reimbursed. I tried to contact them 10 times, nothing worked. The few email address on their website are fake. I had to ask 7 times to get a functioning email address and sent several emails to the managers Maelyn and Tyrrell, 4 weeks later, still no answer and they still try to withdraw from my bank account. Totally unprofessional and dishonest, in my experience, if these people can scam you, they will. Plenty of respectful gym in the neighborhood, don’t go to UFC gym midtown.

Immediately cancelled the membership and the Manager “forgot” to process it and got charged again. Been asking for a refund more than 5 times with people recognizing that was a mistake on their end and still not get the answer. Last person I spoke to on the phone said that it was because they are doing changes and the people I spoke to literally one day before is not on the company anymore. 0% recommended.
