- ESElina Magaly SantanaSep 23, 20251.0Don't waste your time and life coming to this facility. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get treatment. You will sit in the waiting room for hours, and even when they finally attend to you you may be told to return another day because their manager doesn't agree to the time of the appointment given to you by the staff, and won't show face to tell you (she'll send someone else). The disorganization is everywhere. Good luck getting them to answer the phone as well; I've called dozens of times and nada. Customer service issues all the way around and with everyone at this office. They have no respect for your time as a patient.
