    Los exámenes anuales cubiertos por el seguro de Florida Blue están siendo facturados incorrectamente por el laboratorio Quest Diagnostics. Estos servicios preventivos —como análisis de sangre, mamografías y otros chequeos anuales— están cubiertos al 100% por el seguro, por lo que no deberían generar cargos para el paciente. Sin embargo, el laboratorio ha emitido facturas solicitando el pago del deducible. En su momento, realicé un pago por desconocimiento, pero aun así continúo recibiendo facturas por servicios que no deberían ser cobrados, ya que están completamente cubiertos por mi póliza.

    I would like to share my experience during my visit. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one. In the area where my blood was drawn, I was stuck multiple times while the staff member commented that “there was nothing,” which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, she had to step out to look for a butterfly needle, as it was not readily available at the time, reflecting a lack of preparation and resources. Furthermore, during the registration process, the service was also not appropriate. I understand that everyone works at their own pace, but the treatment I received from one of the employees was disrespectful. Without knowing me, he made an inappropriate comment in front of others, calling me “guajira,” which I found offensive. When I brought this up, I was told that he makes those kinds of comments to make elderly people laugh. However, not all patients feel comfortable with that type of interaction. Every person is going through different situations, and a more empathetic, respectful, and considerate approach can make a significant difference in a patient’s experience. As both a professional and a patient, I believe that respect and sensitivity should always be a priority.

    Nunca en la vida este laboratorio me había cobrado 150.00 dolar y mi deducible es por mi seguro de oscar 10 dolar o llame al seguro y me hiban averiguar que esta pasando
