  Love coming to this location as you wait less than 5 minutes when you’ve got an appointment and are great with kids! I’ve brought my daughter as a 6 month-old and 21 month-old and the phlebotomists have always been incredible with her. Recently, I had Dianet and Anamary help draw blood for my daughter and they provided quick, empathetic, and professional care. I’d recommend this location to anyone especially parents to young children.

  La feblotomista Anamary es simplemente excelente! Yo temo mucho a las agujas y ella logró disociarme de mi temor y el procedimiento fue rápido y cero doloroso. Es muy empática y profesional!!!

  Los exámenes anuales cubiertos por el seguro de Florida Blue están siendo facturados incorrectamente por el laboratorio Quest Diagnostics. Estos servicios preventivos —como análisis de sangre, mamografías y otros chequeos anuales— están cubiertos al 100% por el seguro, por lo que no deberían generar cargos para el paciente. Sin embargo, el laboratorio ha emitido facturas solicitando el pago del deducible. En su momento, realicé un pago por desconocimiento, pero aun así continúo recibiendo facturas por servicios que no deberían ser cobrados, ya que están completamente cubiertos por mi póliza.

  I had a great experience at this Quest Diagnostics Kendall location! I was greeted with a smile and my appointment was right on time. Ana, the phlebotomist, was outstanding, she has a very steady hand. My doctor ordered 20 vials of blood and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. She is a true professional. If you need blood work done, especially a larger draw, I highly recommend asking for Ana. Recommend this location highly.
