  Los exámenes anuales cubiertos por el seguro de Florida Blue están siendo facturados incorrectamente por el laboratorio Quest Diagnostics. Estos servicios preventivos —como análisis de sangre, mamografías y otros chequeos anuales— están cubiertos al 100% por el seguro, por lo que no deberían generar cargos para el paciente. Sin embargo, el laboratorio ha emitido facturas solicitando el pago del deducible. En su momento, realicé un pago por desconocimiento, pero aun así continúo recibiendo facturas por servicios que no deberían ser cobrados, ya que están completamente cubiertos por mi póliza.

  Hoy acudimos a realizarnos unos exámenes de laboratorio en Quest y queremos destacar especialmente la atención de la enfermera que nos atendió en el cubículo 2. Desde el primer momento fue sumamente amable, profesional y atenta. Respondió todas nuestras inquietudes con paciencia y claridad, haciéndonos sentir tranquilos y bien atendidos. La extracción de sangre fue impecable: rápida, sin dolor y sin ninguna molestia, demostrando gran experiencia y cuidado en su trabajo. Definitivamente brindó un servicio que superó nuestras expectativas y marcó una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Lamentamos no haber preguntado su nombre, pero esperamos que este reconocimiento llegue a ella, ya que profesionales así merecen ser destacados y valorados.

  Everyone with the same gloves touching everything and everybody. A complete contamination. I’m assuming they were never trained properly. Very dangerous

  Horrible customer service to the elderly. My provider sent all my orders electronically and told me not to worry. The rep at the front didn't even look for my orders and told me i needed the physical copy.I got there at 8 and my appointment 9:30. I had to call my provider and they emailed all the orders. Every interact with the front rep was meet with attitude and disrespect. I will no longer make my appointment in this location.

  I have been with QUEST for many many years, always have found cleanliness, Sometimes a bit of a delay for my appointment but totally understandable, friendly staff and knowledge, except on this visit, my phlebotomist second time she helps me (I think a novice) has not have luck in finding the exact place for the needle, so I end up with large blue blacks (Hematomas). Besides this issue, I’ve never had problems at Quest.
