Possibly the best Quest location that I have ever been to. Very organized, someone available to help you as soon as you walk in, clean, efficient and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

This Quest is great, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences, but I’m specifically living a review for a phlebotomist at this Quest. I’ve been to this quest 3 to 4 times in the last two weeks, and each time I’m there waiting for my appointment, I’ve seen this phlebotomist (Ashline), help every person that comes in with a smile on her face. I’ve seen her sit with patients who have been waiting a long time, whether they’ve been fasting all day or missed an appointment or the doctor called in the wrong tests. She deserves a shout out for not only doing her job well but for being a kind person to each customer that comes in.

I would like to share this comment about my experience that I had on March 31.
In the past at this location, I have fainted one time because my blood pressure dropped significantly.
They took great care of me then. However, this time was completely different.
Ericka my technician was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, this time I fainted again and the care and patience that she had for me was indescribable. I was worried about holding up her time as she had to wait on other patients, but she told me that I was her priority and she wanted to make sure that I was well enough.. She contacted my husband to come pick me up because I could not drive. At the end of her shift she called me personally to check in to make sure I was feeling better. This says a lot about this person and the care that she has for her job and her patients! The goodness this location at Fontana shops in North Miami has someone like her.
I would like to make sure that someone from corporate takes time to contact her and applaud her for her kind work!

Horrible experience… I made an appointment, and they called me two hours late. I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for a long time. They’re clearly overbooking. It’s awful when you don’t want to spend the whole day just for a simple check-in.

What is the point of making an appointment but having to wait 50 min to be seen. ESPECIALLY because you are here because the person from last week forgot to take a requested lab. Staff is nice but the slow service kills any good review. I will not be booking this location ever again.
