  Los exámenes anuales cubiertos por el seguro de Florida Blue están siendo facturados incorrectamente por el laboratorio Quest Diagnostics. Estos servicios preventivos —como análisis de sangre, mamografías y otros chequeos anuales— están cubiertos al 100% por el seguro, por lo que no deberían generar cargos para el paciente. Sin embargo, el laboratorio ha emitido facturas solicitando el pago del deducible. En su momento, realicé un pago por desconocimiento, pero aun así continúo recibiendo facturas por servicios que no deberían ser cobrados, ya que están completamente cubiertos por mi póliza.

  Had a great experience with this center. My doctor directed me to go to this center and I did so as a walk in. All was done within 15 minutes. Very clean office and pleasant personnel. Getting a blood sample from me is challenging. The technician was great. Only needed one try and all was done. Yay!

  I had a pleasant experience at this Quest Diagnostics. As a hard stick, I was a bit anxious, but they were incredibly patient, kind, and made me feel at ease. They worked together seamlessly to get my bloodwork done efficiently and with such care. Huge shoutout to lead phlebotomist Ivonne and Kimaya for their compassion and expertise! If you're nervous about blood draws, ask for these rockstars 😊.

  . Not only was the process very painful and I’ve had blood drawn multiple times , but now both of my arms are incredibly sore and noticeably swollen. It's clear that the nurse lacked the necessary skill or care, and the discomfort I'm experiencing is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location
