  Hola 👋 hace unos 5 días tuve la peor experiencia que he tenido en 6 años ,en el Nicklaus west Kendal center , con mi Niña con discapacidad . La persona q que suponía q me iba a atender es Elena santos . Lo peor de lo peor , esa señora se negó rotundamente a atender a mi hija y para quitársela de encima nos quería mandar para el hospital principal . Ella fue ruda , no escuchó nada de lo q le estaba explicando yo y lo peor fue q me intimidó con children and family . Acabo de llamar a la línea de quejas y acabo de dejar la queja completa porq esto no se queda así . Y vi que también le pasó a otra persona Yanuris hace 3 meses . Es inconcebible que esta persona continúe trabajando con niños aún sabiendo el staff del hospital que esto ha ocurrido con otras personas … es totalmente inaceptable y tengo pruebas que dejó el swab del Pcr en cima de la mesa y dijo que no lo iban a procesar 🤬el cuento es largo

  Getting ahold of someone who can help you over the phone is a total living nightmare. When you call, it’s the robot operator trying to “help” but not helpful at all. I keep calling and being redirected to lines that just keep ringing with no answer. The staff who do answer are typically rude and not knowledgeable. I almost never receive a call back from the provider even though they tell me that they will notify them. It’s so frustrating as a parent. I call after lunch hours (which is supposed to be between 12pm-1pm) and they still don’t answer and the robot operator says that they’re out at lunch still. Awful.

  Cada vez que vengo me voy satisfecha ! Me siento segura y atendida . El trato siempre ah sido bueno , no tengo quejas , lo mejor Every time I come here, I leave satisfied! I feel safe and well taken care of. The service has always been good—I have no complaints. It’s the best!

  Terrible service and terrible staff. Front desk and managers do not know what they are doing with the billing and scheduling. They do not return phone calls! Physical Therapists are professional and cordial but they can’t provide a good service if they administrative staff is not on the same page. Unfortunately it was not a good experience for us.
