  Don’t waste your time. Had an 11.30am appointment on Saturday - after filling out their form, they had me sitting there for 30 minutes without anyone talking to me. They kept saying the PT is “on his way”. 12:15pm I asked for my money back and left the place. Unprofessional and disrespectful of their patients time.

  As a patient I must say this is one of the most professional places I have been to in my recovery journey, starting from the young lady that answers the phone and sets appointments she is one of the most empathetic and kindest humans I've ever met, I couldn't make my appointment and she even called as to inquire if I was alright after explaining my situation she proceeded to show me empathy and for that I will always be grateful, she even rescheduled my appointment without hesitation, now to the staff the physical therapist I hear how they speak to their clients and I see nothing but such professionalism, Tracey is such a sweet, professional and very knowledgeable person I am grateful for them and definitely would recommend them, nothing but class, professionialsm and empathy for their clients... I give them a five but they deserve much more than that, they earned my respect ...Thank you Mercy outpatient therapy you guys are making a difference and setting a standard!

  Mercy Outpatient Rehab in North Miami is a Treatment Center for Physical Therapy! Dr Vernon Williams and the entire team provides service like none other. The experience starts the second you walk in the door until the time you leave. They are Professional, Respecrful, Friendly, Patient and treat each person as if you are the only one present. I got a call after my first visit to check how I was feeling, who does that anymore! I also received a call when I missed my appointment, saying, we missed you coming in and hope you are ok. My previous experience with physical therapy was like going to the gym, you sign in and follow the instructor. I am blown away with the treatment and care given at Mercy Outpatient Rehab. I am at my 6th visit and the results are phenomenal, they know what to do for your condition. They are like well oiled machines, they work as a team for the patient's greater good. I asked my PC what took you so long to refer me to Mercy Rehab. This team was born for this profession. Simply the BEST!!! V.R.Smith
