- CPCarlos Pellicer2 days ago1.0Receptionist was very rude, she called me asking to confirm my appointment and I asked for a few minutes to get my finances in check because I am switching insurance, she responded with "I need an answer now." I have been a patient of Lens Crafters at International mall for 4 years now and I have never been treated like this. I expect the workers there to be understanding of the patients troubles instead of giving attitude. LensCrafters lost a customer today. Horrible service.
