  I can’t say enough good things about this office. I came to IVFMD after having a very different experience at another IVF practice where even the waiting room barely had enough seating and the environment felt stressful and scary. From the moment I switched to IVFMD, I felt welcomed with open arms. The entire team is warm, supportive, and incredibly organized. Communication was always great, and I always felt like my questions were heard and addressed. Going through IVF can be overwhelming, and having a team that is both compassionate and responsive makes all the difference. Every doctor there is wonderful, but I especially recommend Dr. Soto and Dr. Szczupak . They are knowledgeable, kind, open and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend IVFMD to anyone going through fertility treatment.

  My experience with this clinic was extremely frustrating due to ongoing administrative and insurance issues. Fertility treatment is already physically and emotionally taxing. Patients should not have to personally investigate their insurance coverage to correct mistakes made by the clinic’s staff. The medical side may be competent, but the administrative coordination was consistently disorganized. I repeatedly received incorrect or conflicting information about coverage and authorizations, which required me to spend significant time verifying details directly with my insurance provider. Several issues that should have been handled internally had to be resolved by me after the fact. Fertility treatment is already stressful enough without having to manage administrative mistakes on top of everything else. Patients should be able to rely on a clinic to accurately handle insurance, authorizations, and billing processes, but that was not my experience here. If you choose this clinic, I strongly recommend double-checking all insurance and billing information yourself and keeping detailed records of every interaction. For a practice handling something as important and sensitive as fertility care, the level of administrative disorganization I encountered was disappointing. BEWARE.
