They “fix” the machines in the most ghetto way possible — instead of using the correct parts, they just makeshift pieces together. It’s not only lazy but also dangerous, because someone could seriously get hurt. 2. The other day, a random man came up to me aggressively, told me to hurry up on a machine, and made me feel super uncomfortable. I reported it to an employee, gave them my number, and was told the manager would reach out. Of course, no one ever called me back. That shows exactly how much they care about member safety. 3. The weights are never put back, and the place is always an absolute mess. Honestly, this is the worst YouFit gym I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if corporate even knows what’s going on, but they need to step in and change things — or bring in new management.
